Looking to join their team in Senegal they are recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager.
You will be managing a 7000sqm building that consists of residential and commercial space. Keeping one client happy, part of your responsibility will be managing and mentoring seven staff members making sure they reach their performance indicators.
With your focus being on all hard service, soft services and preventative maintenance, you must not be scared to get your hands dirty while getting involved from watering plants to any technical issues.
Ensuring that you stay within budget at all times, managing your expenses while running all SLA agreements and their performance. You will have to implement various processes including a preventative maintenance plan, heath and safety procedures and monitoring of statutory requirements.
Keeping record and tracking of all queries, requires that your admin must be up to date at all times.
Being the Facilities Manager you must be on standby 24/7 ensuring the client is pleased at all times. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years facilities management experience paired with any relevant property qualification.
You will need to think out of the box for any problems that might arise as well as excellent communication skills in English, a big advantage will be a Chinese and French speaking candidate.
Your technical skills combined with your people management skills will make you a perfect candidate for this role.US$3500 – US$4000 per annum
